"Great service - only removed a star because I had to contact them when my dress was cleaned (3 weeks after it was promised). It had been ready on time but they never bothered to contact me. Otherwise seamless!"

"Can I just say wow! From the moment I called asking to if they were able to clean my wedding dress, and preserve it to the very end of the service they have given nothing but kind and amazing service. Over the phone, they have been so sweet. I had told them my gown may be quite a project because the petticoat is not removable, and it’s quite a large dress. However, they reassured me that they will come pick it up, evaluate and get back to me if it is possible. The schedule pick up date was easy, and they got back to me the same day with a quote. Not only was I extremely happy that they were able to take on this project, but ecstatic with the price. They had an easy to follow link where you can follow the status of your gown. They were extremely patient with me, each time I called which I know was not necessary but because of the size of my gown, I was worried they’d tell me they cannot work on it anymore. That was not the case at all, they worked so hard because of the size, they had to make a custom Muslim bag, find a box large enough, and more. I genuinely appreciate how much effort they put on my large dress, and how they explained everything to me. They were truly very kind. Provided photos on how large my dress is and how they completed the project :D extremely happy with the results"
