"I’ve been coming to this salon consistently for 7 years. The quality of service and cleanliness has drastically decreased and they want you to tip 25% for worse service. The last few manicures have all had issues, but I kept going back for convenience. For the last dip gel manicure that I just had done, 2 separate nails have fallen off completely, 3 days after having them done. I went back to fix one, and now I have to go back to fix another. The colors don’t completely match at this point, because she couldn’t figure out which one she used the first time. At this point it’s a waste of my time. Before this, the gel manicures have all chipped within days of getting them. The equipment is also very dirty and you can tell that they don’t clean between people. This used to be my favorite go-to salon, but I don’t think I will be coming back."

"I love it here!! I just got my first ever gel manicure 2 weeks ago and just went back for my second. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Their pricing is great too. I’ll be back again and again :) Edit: I have been back again and again! My go to spot. These ladies are wonderful and so sweet. Most recently had my nails done for engagement photos and they were perfect!"

"All the ladies who work here are super nice and friendly, my regular manis/pedis are always great, but really sharing because I went yesterday (Tuesday) to get my nails done for a wedding this weekend. The lady doing my nails (the manager here) was worried my regular (not gel) mani would chip by then, so she gave me the bottle of polish to take with me and bring back next week!! 🥹 I live around the corner so that’s no problem. Really kind of her and the type of service you get here as opposed to going to a big chain place. Will always come back 💅🥰"

"I’ve found that with gel manicures, a mark of a quality manicure is not how it looks the day of, but how it grows out. It speaks to the evenness of the polish and the care taken of the edges to be lain flat and adhere to the nail. These photos are from THREE WEEKS after my original manicure date. I will be returning to Christie’s!!!"

"I came here instead of my usual place because I needed to get a new mani for my birthday the next day and called ahead to see if they had availability before coming in. When I got there, I waited for 25 mins and was late to my sibling's graduation dinner because of it but that's not the biggest deal. The nail tech I initially had was very nice but she could not file my nails to the shape or cut them to the same length and all of them were completely even more lopsided than the middle finger and she also did not know how to do a basic french tip . When I tried to communicate with her about it, it was clear that she didn't understand what i was attempting to tell her to fix. Eventually, I believe Christie and her switched and although Christie was quick to paint my nails, she would rush me to put my hands under the lamp before i could check to see if the polish was even. This resulted in uneven nails not only in length and shape, but also the design. My gel manicure also chipped and lifted within a week which never happens with my nails. I did tip well because I appreciated the effort and the nice demeanor, but I will not be coming back here again. It was overpriced for having the customer guide the first nail tech and the quality of the work."
