"NEW OWNERS!! Not the same service, always late, poorly washed clothes. Requested a rewash for the first time in 8 plus years versus leaving a negative review, Manager suggested they rewash, then they had the nerve to call and say "the cloth were dirty & ready to drop off and collect payment" Potential new customers, Save your self, DO NOT USE!!"

"My mom said when she was pregnant with me back when n 2003 she had the service pick up laundry and both services was done with such care. My mom and dad was always please with the outcome. She still till this day recommended ya services to everyone that has requested such."

"I brought clothes for wash and fold for the first time. I was a little hesitant given some of the negative reviews but really only fully disgruntled people would go out of their way to write reviews when they never would have otherwise. Either way I gave it a go and was very pleased with the service. It has saved me what would be days worth of laundry and pretty affordable for the time you save. They also did not add softener per my request and the clothes came out exactly how I wanted it. Would recommend if you are in the neighborhood."

"I moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and realized this is the only place east of Washington Ave that does wash and press for dress shirts. Unfortunately, these guys have already ruined two of my shirts. Ive had the same exact issue as other reviewers below whereby shirts come back with a terrible odor and worse, massive yellow stains on them that don’t come out. At first, they made me think it was my fault, but seeing now that other reviewers have had the same issues, it’s clearly their factory. The Korean manager always gets extremely defensive and is unable to take any responsibility which makes things even worse. I must say though the other girls who work there - Maria especially - are extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, management is terrible. If anyone has any other recommendations for wash and press cleaners in the neighborhood please let me know. If I had a choice I would divert my business elsewhere immediately."
