"Amazing yoga studio! I felt very welcomed into the space, and classes with Lindsey are incredible. Would highly recommend a class with her if you have the chance!"

"Practicing with Ossi and Dennis at BYP has been a pleasure. Their sequences are creative and intuitive, their energy is fantastic, and they each offer adjustments that really profoundly impact how you engage with poses. I highly recommend BYP and both of their classes in particular."

"I had the pleasure of attending a yoga retreat hosted by Ossi and Dennis and they are two of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had. They co-led the classes and the adjustments were just top tier. I can’t speak on the brick & mortar that is BYP but as instructors go O + D are magic!"

"I think this would be a great option if you live close by as it is not super close to subways. I live about a 20 min walk away and for my purposes, my experience there wouldn’t merit making regular visits. The space is cozy, basically in a typical long and narrow brownstone footprint. The crowd seems pretty demographically homogeneous - the typical NYC yoga demographic, if you like that sort of thing you may like it here. I took a weekday 12:30 heated class from Dennis Teston. The class was solid—he is clearly a very experienced teacher, but I didn’t enjoy as much his cool and aloof style, which I experienced from check in through exiting."

"The best place for mind and body! Intimate space with serious attention to each and everyones needs. The best decision was to walk through that door. I am so happy here! The teachers are amazing and I really feel like I am learning a lot even after years of practice."
