"This is 4 days after getting them done …6 nails has lifted .The chrome nail started chipping an hour after leaving. They keep renovating the salon but too cheap to upgrade their products ! They are money hungry . This is the 3rd time this is happening, I try to be loyal but it’s a slap in the face continuing to give my hard earned money. 130$ down the drain , AGAIN. And Jenny, she does pedicures. She would put new acrylic over old work . Doesn’t remove dead skin old acrylic, nothing . It’s also uncomfortable she harasses you to spend more for extra services. No means no !"

"They charge extra for a nail trim in a manicure and they hide price boosts until payment -- the upselling is also way too aggressive and depressing now. I was going there for years and now will find a new spot. They are getting far too greedy with money especially after they relocated/remodeled six months ago (despite the fact that cash-only is obvious tax evasion)."

"I liked the place and the staff was pretty friendly. Te price was great. I got a clear gel manicure ($22) just to add a layer to my nails because they were very weak and bendy. Less than 48 hours later the gel starts peeling"

"Unfortunately I never get good quality nails here. They chip easily or they don’t look professionally done. It’s loud it’s always an energy of “hurry hurry”. I feel like they’re always rushing through my appointment and it affects the work. I’m not someone who gets nails often so it’s disappointing when a set doesn’t come out nice First picture was the inspiration. Second(+) is what I got. I got my nails done 2 days ago. I tried to sit with the design get used to it. Tried to force myself to like it. But I don’t :/ I paid 100$ for something I don’t want And these were supposed to be my vacation nails. They look misshapen lumpy and the flower is too big making the whole design look cramped I will remove them next week when I get back and try a new place. Done wasting money here. However I will say the Staff is very kind and friendly and I Love new location. Very clean and pretty."

"I’ve been coming here on and off for about 2-3 years. Nana does my nails and does an amazing job. I show her a picture and it’s always executed……. The price is the price, it’s a lot but when Nana does it, it lasts. I give it 3 stars solely because of their move to the new location and it seems soooooo chaotic and loud. I just feel like a self care service should be relaxing and zen-like. This was not the case. Almost each and every customer was overwhelmed with the yelling and chaos like I was. Lastly, I know they can’t help it but random men were smoking and hanging outside the new location, eyeballing each and every lady walking in and out. I love my nails but hate hate hate the chaotic environment."
