"I've been getting my haircut here for more than 5 years. Robert and the entire team at this barber shop are my favorite of all time in New York City and I moved here in 1992. Robert always greets me with a smile and gives me the shave I always need. His professional manner and positive personality makes me look forward to my haircut everytime. "Haircut is alright, but they did the exact opposite of what was asked. Showed them photos of the cut I wanted, and was to maintain most of the length. Barber agreed and said he could he could do that. Instead on he believes that he knows best and gives me a completly different cut taking all my hair with it. A very disappointing experience for a lot of money."
