"Here is my response to your reply.. Where in my review did I say I constantly replaced the jewelry? Not once did I ever change the jewelry yet a red bump was on my nostril the entire year I had the jewelry in and it still remains on my nostril to this day despite taking it out in summer 2023. No, I am not allergic to gold, and I paid $90 for the piercing and the jewelry together. If bumps on nose piercings are the body's natural healing process, then why'd you scold me to pop it and blame me for the bump? Saying "the bump is getting worse because you're not popping it". Which you're not addressing at all!!! What kind of piercer even says this? This resulted into me not only popping it multiple times at home, but going there to the shop to get it popped with q-tips by a piercer. I wasn't alone there any time I went there, I always brought someone with me who also witnessed everything that happened."

"I got my nose pierced here a while ago and a nasty red bump formed on it so when I went back to the piercing shop for advice on how to get rid of it, the lady at the front started yelling at me telling me that I need to pop the bump…No reputable or certified piercer would tell you to pop it since it can lead to infection and cause the bump to get worse, but she was scolding me to pop it and blamed me for the bump, saying that it was “getting worse because I wasn’t popping it”….I then went a few months later and had a guy there pop my piercing bump for me. He used 2 soaked q tips to squeeze the bump and it was the worst pain I’ve felt on my face in my entire life. He did it for like 10 minutes and it ended up making the bump worse and this happened 2 years ago. I ended up taking the piercing out a few months after that and I still have a small red bump on my nose from where the piercing used to be because of the people at this piercing shop. It’s been years and I still have a red bump on my nostril because of the uneducated piercers at this place convincing me to pop the bump multiple times at home and then having them pop it for me as well. They claimed the jewelry I had in was gold and charged me lots of money for it but then why did I get an irritation bump in the first place if it was really gold?"
