"I had an excellent massage here from Faye—equal parts relaxing and rejuvenating! There was plenty of water available to hydrate after. The space itself is cozy and clean with the perfect amount of sunlight and ambient music. I also met Sasy who was very kind and ensured that I had a good experience :) And if you're in the area, what a beautiful escape from the bustling Bryant park area. Looking forward to my next visit!"

"I’m a licensed massage therapist here in NYC and needed to complete a few continued education courses within a deadline to prepare for my license renewal. I had to make sure the classes were 1) something I was truly interested in, 2) that it met my budget and time constraints, and 3)that it would be beneficial to my current practice. I took the Thai 1 course: (5 days / 8 hours a day). Time commitment! From Day 1 - this class was everything I was looking for!! I learned theory, history of Thailand and Thai Massage, and AMAZING techniques that I both received and performed, which I could immediately integrate into my current practice / flow. Sassy/Sasi nurtured and educated my curiosity like a seasoned master, demonstrating multiple ways (kneeling/standing, floor & table) to approach the receiver and remain effective in relieving tension, while also reinforcing a meditative awareness of body mechanics that rejuvenated my own energy in the process. Her intuitive instruction laid a clear blueprint for longevity, inspiration, and variation and reinvigorated my love of being a therapist. Each day I left more inspired and enthusiastic to try new applications on my clients!! There was so much to love about this experience! The location was convenient (Grand Central / Bryant Park), the value of information for the cost far exceeded expectation, and I now have a new mentor- friend! I’m excited to process and apply everything I have learned so far on my current clients, and return for more! Thank you Sasi! Truly grateful to have found you!"

"I recently visited this Thai massage spa after hearing a few friends rave about their authentic techniques, and I have to say — it was quite the experience from start to finish. First off, the atmosphere was immediately calming. The space smelled like lemongrass and eucalyptus, the lighting was soft and warm, and gentle Thai music played in the background. I was greeted right away, offered tea, and asked to fill out a short form about any tension or sensitive areas. It already felt more professional and thoughtful than most walk-in massage spots I’ve been to. I opted for a 90-minute traditional Thai massage, which is very different from a regular Swedish or deep tissue session. Be prepared — it’s more interactive. There’s stretching, compression, and a bit of yoga-style movement involved. The therapist used her hands, elbows, knees, and even feet at some points (which sounds intense, but it’s actually amazing when done right). At times, it was a little intense, especially around the shoulders and calves, but the pressure was adjusted whenever I asked. She really knew what she was doing — every movement felt intentional, not rushed. By the end, I could literally feel my posture straighten out and the tightness in my lower back was gone. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail: warm towels at the end, a cup of herbal tea afterward, and not once did I feel like they were rushing me out the door. Pros: • Authentic Thai technique — not just a “light stretch and rub” version • Clean, relaxing space with good energy • Polite and skilled therapists • Easy online booking and fair pricing for the quality Cons: • The stretching can be intense if you’re new to Thai massage • A bit of hallway noise during my session (minor but noticeable) Overall, I’d say this is one of the best Thai massages I’ve had in the city. Perfect for people who sit at a desk all day or have real tension they want worked out. Definitely not your average spa — this is the real deal. I left feeling looser, lighter, and about two inches taller. Would absolutely return!"

"I was gifted a 60 min deep tissue massage here and am so thankful to have received it! The ladies of this spa are so kind and welcoming. I felt comfortable the instant I walked through the door. The massage was TRULY deep tissue (which I feel is rare!) and incorporated traditional stretching. The therapist was very knowledgeable and was able to tell which areas needed the most attention while also speaking with me and getting feedback along the way. Can't wait to be back!"

"I booked a 2-hour in-person class with Sassy earlier this week. She was welcoming and kind. She offered her experience and guidance on how to give a 60-min traditional Thai massage. We practiced together various postures and moves as well as several feet, knee, elbow, hand, and finger positions. Overall, I gained very important theoretical and practical knowledge that I believe has equipped me to move forward and continue studying Thai massage with a holistic approach. I am grateful for her patience and expertise. I purchased her book also, which is an excellent resource!"
