"Living in East Harlem for over 5y - it was about time to find a great places for tailoring/fixing. I'm glad I decided to look on Google instead of going to the place I used to go in the UES. Cindy was so nice and kind, and explained all the services they offered. I had to pants to trim and in my experience, their prices are fair! The turnaround was quick too - like 2 or 3 days - and I got my pants perfectly fixed and pressed. Highly recommend this place!"

"Absolutely amazing service! I recently moved to the area and needed a quick 3-day turnaround for a blazer and pants alteration before heading abroad for a wedding. The team at this shop exceeded all expectations. Rosa and Betty were charismatic, professional, and incredibly welcoming. They did an immaculate job, and the price was more than fair. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a great vibe. Fast, flawless, and friendly—10/10 recommend!"

"I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I confirmed a pickup for 8:30 AM in advance, woke up early, and planned my entire morning around it. No one showed up. When I called, they claimed there was no order, kept asking the same questions, and wasted my time. Then, after 10 minutes, they suddenly found the order and said someone would come in an hour. I rearranged my schedule to wait — and they simply blocked my number. This is not just unprofessional — it’s completely unacceptable behavior. If you value your time, avoid this service. Absolutely unreliable and disrespectful."

"This place is a gem, from the seamstress to the owner and manager and all the staff, they did an excellent job with modifications on my bridesmaids' dresses (taking in length and making sleeves). They finished everything within 2 weeks' time and we were very happy with the results. I would trust them with all my alterations and their prices were more than reasonable. So happy this is close to me!"
