"My massage was not relaxing. I have gotten many massages in the past and normally they start with a conversation about problem areas and preferred pressure. There was no discussion, she just started. Which is fine but she took many short breaks to not just get more oil but also check her phone. On top of that if my leg or arm tensed up she would tell me to "relax" with a very abrupt and rude tone. Over all I was just very uncomfortable during my hour massage."

"What a great oasis away from the hustle and bustle. I was in Brooklyn on a work trip and came across this place after a much needed infrared sauna to help ease the tension, stiffness and pain in my body. Max was so friendly and the facilities are great. Each infrared sauna is hidden away in its own private room with all you need - and a shower right by. Really lovely products in store too! Highly recommend these treatments. Infrared saunas are incredible for so many things. I didn’t do the contrast treatment as I respond best to heat. But, I did brave a cold shower halfway through and at the end. Baby steps! 😅 I tried booking online but the booking system wouldn’t allow a UK phone number. So I walked in and Max could accomodate. Phew! Great find! ✨✨✨"

"Area's a great neighborhood spa. It's clean, reliable, and the services are spot on. The staff has always been super friendly to me and they're very easy to work with around logistics and reschedules. Highly recommend!"

"Training for a marathon so I spoke to someone on the phone who got me signed up for the $90/month subscription - comes with a pair of 60 min sessions in your own personal room (sauna + cold plunge tub) Wow. I walked out a brand new person with a fresh pair of legs. Really clean, updated equipment and lovely staff. Can’t wait to try other services - really a hidden gem for recovery!! 🧖🏻‍♀️"
