"I’ve been to so many salons around the city, but when I found AR Hair Salon, and Marina in particular, I knew I’d finally found the one! The salon itself is clean, stylish, and welcoming, and scheduling appointments is always a breeze. Marina does a fabulous job every time - from cuts and color to keratin treatments. Prices are always reasonable. I now bring my two sons (ages 12 and 10) to her as well, and she’s wonderful with them too. I can’t recommend Marina and AR Hair Salon enough!"

"11/10 recommend this place! I wasn’t exactly sure how to describe what I wanted, but learned a lot during the consultation and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! I couldn’t recommend this place more. They also offer olaplex treatments in addition to a variety of hair services. Thank you!!!"

"Don’t be fooled by the reviews - I’m sure they were paid for! I received the worst service I’ve ever experienced in New York City, and a spoilt birthday party! Look at the pictures below: 1) is my hair after 1,5 hours of torture in this salon, after the “specialist” did 2 attempts to curl my hair, with an iron and then with a cone. Picture taken 10 minutes after leaving the salon (and there was NO rain or wind outside!!!!) can you believe I paid $55 for it.????? 2) my picture in a proper salon after a 50 min professional session. It says it all about the salon!!! Totally UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The lady didn’t know what she was doing. I ended up going home and washing it off at once!!! My boyfriend tried to comfort me but my birthday was completely spoilt! Look at it closely! Those are not curls, not even waves - it’s was a complete mess! Moreover, the atmosphere is sick at the salon. Whatever I think about the lady that attended me - it’s one thing, but I had to listen the other “specialists” gossip her behind her back, in her presence, talking the language she doesn’t understand and not knowing that I perfectly understood everything they said. It’s a snake nest, not a hair salon, and don’t waste your nerves, time and money!!!"
