"They ruined a dress and a blazer that I sent in for dry cleaning; there’s now two big orange marks on the dress that were clearly not there before and the blazer has weird dark stains on the back."

"I was using this dry cleaner for my wash and fold once every week as well as drycleaning my shirts/suits 1-2x a week since moving into Gramercy a month and a half ago. I loved using them and was happy with the results until last week where my grey shirt came back with a big orange smear on it. I didn’t have anything orange in the wash and one of the two ladies working tried to tell me it was bleach and Ive never used bleach before/nor requested they use any. They tried to rewash it twice but no luck. They took no responsibility and I kindly asked them for a credit ($20-25 for cost of shirt) since I use their services almost every other day. They refused and offered no solution - considering I went there so often that $20 shouldn’t have been a big deal to them to give a credit especially given I would go so often."

"The owner Jenny altered my suit jacket. I needed it quickly for a wedding. Her tailoring was excellent and she did it for me in one day. I’ve been using her laundry service all the time now. She always listens to how I want my laundry and dry cleaning done. Very professional business."

"I live near here, so I thought I'd try them out. They have free pick up and delivery, as well as 10% off for first time customers. The woman who assisted me was very responsive and kind. She even marched up all six flights of my elevator-less apartment to pick up and deliver (THANK YOU). Great service and would definitely recommend! Thank you!"
