"They lost our dry cleaning and gave us the run around and still haven’t reimbursed us for it! Not only haven’t they reimbursed us for the clothing they lost but they also haven’t reimbursed us for the cost of the dry cleaning, which we paid for!!! Don’t take your clothes here!!"

"I have had multiple bad experiences. They burnt my laundry, they continue to misplace both my laundry and dry cleaning items and they refuse to take any accountability at all. Will not use them again!"

"The Mexican female working there is very rude, professionally unfriendly and extremely not mannerly and not helpful. The last time I dropped off sheets and quilts to wash a lot of my expensive sheets were missing. Now I wash my own clothes and blankets and sheets. The laundry is nice but the Mexican female is disrespectful and she needs to find a job sweeping the streets or doing something else since she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING."

"I had been going to a different laundromat because of the higher ratings, but I visited this place recently for convenience and was happy to find it was a nice laundromat! It’s large with lots of machines, clean and bright, and they offer eco friendly cleaning. I used their wash and fold service and was happy with the results - I dropped off my bag around noon and was told I could be back after 8pm to pick it up, so I did :)"

"Careful, this dry cleaner actually had the nerve to charge me a dollar extra because one of the items was a size 3X! Not good at all."
