"If I could leave zero stars I would. I don’t know if this man is head of security or just one of the security guard but we attended Tulum night club July 12 because there was a traditional culture event being held there and me being 20 about to be 21. I didn’t know it was going to be a problem getting in because I don’t drink so the security guard goes ahead and tells us that we have to pay a $50 fee for us being minors on top of $60 entry fee. then because he realized we weren’t going for it. He decided to say $20 instead. Then says “please don’t drink too much” and I replied “I don’t drink” then he decided to say “look at you you have the face of a drinker” Tulum night club has very nasty security guards and even if they don’t work for that nightclub specifically they tarnish the brand name. Then he had the nerve to tell us we can’t go in and out the club when there were several people coming in and out just like us. The staffed security was completely horrible."

"I went to an event where they let in 18+ ye olds that day and so the security she marked my hand as an 18 yr old when I clearly showed her my id and I couldn’t even enjoy the event they would not let me purchase a drink even though I showed my id to the security in the area where 21+ people were allowed for the second time and when I asked for somebody to speak to they gave me an attitude. Why are they hosting big events if they can’t even be organized or take control and once they get stressed taking it out on clients the security guy from outside couldn’t even address it very rude !!!"

"Horrible experience with security and coat check they’re both horrible. A man patted down a woman when that shouldn’t happen if they want to pat down woman they should have a woman security guard do it that’s so inappropriate. They were making a scene about an ID but let people underage in and all they told them was that if they were caught drinking they would get kicked out which makes no sense since it was a 21 and over event."
