"I attend boxing classes taught by Eric Nieves as well as do personal training with him. Eric is not only an awesome personal trainer who tailors our sessions to my needs (improving foundations in boxing), his group classes are also the best. The classes are pretty technical and I feel like I am learning so much there. Not only am i hitting my weight-loss goals and seeing rapid improvement in my fitness level, but most importantly i am seeing rapid improvement in martial arts thanks to him. Eric is the #1 reason I go to TMPL regularly and I always look forward to group classes + PT. That being said I would still recommend TMPL to others who may not have the same focus. The facilities have many amenities and are consistently kept clean. TMPL's front staff is consistently friendly and engaging and outside of peak hours ive never really had to wait for anything. I am really pleased with my membership at TMPL and look forward to going back."

"TMPL HK is hands down one of the best gyms in the city. The weight floor is amazing—tons of space, great energy, and all the equipment you could ever need. The spa area and lap pool are huge bonuses and make the whole experience feel so much more elevated. The staff is always helpful and welcoming, and the classes are actually fun and motivating. Overall, it’s just an incredible place to train and unwind. Highly recommend!"

"The boxing classes taught by Eric Nieves are excellent. They may appear intense but he accomodates all levels of experience while also refuseing to infantilize you and challenges you to be your best self. I started with 0 experience and have been attending regularly for months. My cardiovascular endurance, mind-body connection, and hand-eye and body coordination have improved in folds! The facilities are very nice too but could use more upkeep and attention to cleanliness and functionality. The swimsuit spin dryer machine is still broken, theres multiple missing tiles in the shower-room and many showers do not have hot water, there are some nails around the pool area, where many people walk barefoot, and rust around the pool. In addition, the water refill stations' filters could be changed more often.. If these issues were resolved, I'd have very few complaints. This is not the fault of the workers, who have been nothing but considerate, warm and lovely. The receptionists are so so lovely and kind! (Shout out to Valentino.) Management, however, should really prioritize and focus on investing more into the facilities to improve the experience for their current members and retain membership. If not for Eric's boxing classes and the people, I would have switched gyms because the high price of the membership is not reflected in the care for the facilities."

"This is an amazing gym. It is well equipped with multiples of the equipment so you don’t need to wait long for anything. The salt water pool is rare and wonderful to have in the city. The gym is clean and doesn’t smell like a gym ☺️. More than all that, all the people that work there are warm and friendly."

"Attended a Body Pump class on Sunday — it was fine overall, but the class only lasted 40 minutes and skipped both the lunge and shoulder tracks. At $35, that felt a bit overpriced. The gym itself seems well-equipped and is conveniently located. However, the two young receptionists didn’t leave the best impression — they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than welcoming customers"
