"I recently visited this karaoke bar, which my friends and I had a reservation ,and was thoroughly impressed. The venue was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring that service was both prompt and seamless throughout the evening. The karaoke system itself was outstanding. It was intuitive to operate, even for first-time visitors, and offered multiple versions of songs, which added a unique and enjoyable dimension to the experience. This thoughtful feature elevated the entertainment value and demonstrated the venue’s attention to detail in creating a superior customer experience. Overall, this establishment exceeded expectations in every category. From the cleanliness and hospitality to the efficiency of service and the quality of the karaoke setup, it truly stands out as an exceptional destination. If there were an option to rate it higher than five stars, I gladly would."

"My friend recommended Mui for a party and I cannot describe in words how immaculate the vibes are!! Service, food, atmosphere were all 5 out of 5 stars!! The cocktails were also soooo good. They made the night so fun and organized and I will definitely be back!!"

"This place is a scam. I was there for just an hour and a half, but they charged me for 3 hours. When I pointed it out, the staff pretended not to understand and completely dismissed me. On top of that, they sneakily added an 18% gratuity without saying a word. No heads-up, no notice — just silently tacked it onto the bill. That’s deceptive and unacceptable. I even showed them my Uber drop-off time as clear proof of when I arrived, but they still refused to adjust the charge. They simply didn’t care. The service was rude, the staff unhelpful, and the entire billing process felt like a setup to take advantage of customers who aren’t paying close attention. Check your bill carefully — or better yet, just don’t go. There are plenty of other places that won’t try to rip you off."

"Such a fun spot! Came here for a friend’s birthday and had a blast. Great vibe, awesome song selection, and super friendly staff. This place is a new favorite in Fort Lee perfect for a fun night out"

"A hidden gem!!!!! I celebrated my birthday here a bunch of my friends and it was SUCH a vibe!! Great staff. They were really friendly and attentive. The private rooms are dope! Nothing like singing your heart out with good friends & some snacks!"
