"10/10 experience celebrating my friend Samantha’s birthday here at The Seville! The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for while visiting New York. The live music was incredible and felt like we were being treated to our own private show. The food and drinks impressed us all, along with the service and hospitality of the staff we encountered. Claudio, Jose, and the management team made us feel welcomed and celebrated and I cannot wait to return on my next visit! The Cacio e Pepe ravioli and the short ribs were my top choices, but you can’t go wrong with any of the options they have on the menu. Drinks were strong and delicious! Wonderful experience."

"Hands down one of my favorite New York experiences. I went for my friend Sam’s birthday celebration and the Seville did not disappoint! We all said we could sit there forever listening to the soulful live music. Don’t even get me started on the food….incredible. Especially the Cacio e Pepe ravioli.. WOW. The service by Claudio, Jose, and the entire waitstaff was top notch. They know how to curate a perfect cozy celebration with friends and made us feel like family 🧡 definitely recommend the spicy margs - I only had about 4 if that tells you anything …. Amazing"

"The Seville is hands down one of my favorite bars in the city, especially to bring guests. When you walk in you are greeted with professionalism by Claudio and team. The bar has a nice vibe and Jose is always on point with excellent drinks and good energy. The live music is always very well done, no matter what day of the week, the DJ does not disappoint either. The bathrooms are always clean and well maintained as well. 10/10 recommend 😇"

"Food 3 | Drinks 3 | Service 5 | Atmosphere 5 The vibes are exactly what you want on a Thursday night. The live band (The Rakeim Walker Project) was exceptional and the main reason I would go back. The velvet rope upon entry feels a bit more pretentious than exclusive. It’s just not necessary logistically speaking, but the hosts and security were welcoming and kind. The servers were super engaging and rather enjoyable, too. My friends and I sat in the lounge which was comfortable and could easily accommodate three average sized women. But I had to pull a couple stars for two important reasons: 1. Never have I ever had three tequila based drinks and not felt a thing. They’re definitely watering down the cocktails. The cocktails are technically reasonably priced for NYC, but when you factor in you’re just getting a lot of syrup and fizz, you’re not really getting your monies worth. I’m beyond the days of needing/wanting to get drunk when I go out, but… when I order tequila, I want tequila. And 2. The food portions are waaaay too small. This isn’t a bar food joint so no one is expecting that, but the braised short ribs were about the size of a piece of sushi. Again, didn’t expect entree portions, but it did leave us wanting. Luckily the food scored marks for taste. And they do offer a substantial bread basket. All in all, it’s a dope spot with very fun vibes. But as much as I appreciate their efforts to not raise food/drink prices, they may want to consider how to create more of a balance. The age range was mid-30s to early 40s so maybe they think their clientele isn’t discerning. Places like The Seville are gonna have to get creative and really think about the overall guest experience to get all five stars. Would give it another try, though."

"This place is always so much fun! The drinks are delicious and if you’d like them customized, the bartenders are very friendly and accommodating. In fact, everyone I’ve encountered there has been nothing but a professional, from the host to the servers, my friends and I have always had stellar service. The music is great; I love when they have live music but the DJs also spin well. The environment and crowd are very classy so if you visit, you’re in for an amusing evening. Pro tip: if you’re hungry, they serve the best spaghetti and bread basket!"
