"The place has such a beautiful view of the city. It is hard not to fall in love with this place! The staff here has been always very courteous and friendly every time I come for a visit. Some of the times, I was running late and rushing to get in, the staff remained calm and helpful, giving me clear directions and assisting me with the check-in and crossing the clearance checkpoint. I love coming here!! A side bonus of this location is that Whole Foods is just in the basement, very easy to access to. It's a perfect place to go for shopping after a concert or getting something to eat while waiting for friends."

"The Appel Room is a wonderful, intimate venue. I saw Cloud Cult perform an acoustic set there, and it was so great. The room is small, so there's not a bad seat in the house. And the backdrop of Columbus Circle is simply breathtaking. I highly recommend seeing a concert at this space!"
