"I recommend any person with their dignity intact to avoid this establishment. My friends and I were treated with nothing but disrespect and malice. The bouncers were absolutely vile and peeled the lining off of my friend’s real ID. When she expressed her discontent with this act, they callously disregarded us and pushed us out the front door. I would never conduct any establishment, bar, restaurant, or nightclub, in such a manner. I hope the owner rectifies this situation as I will be reporting this to the proper authorities."

"Disrespectful and discriminatory service. I was not let in with my party because of the shoes. She had and not only were they female shoes, but they let in females with sneakers and told us to come back with sneakers. Instead of the nice shoes that we had. I would never come to this establishment. Letting people come looking like whatever but say no to girl with pretty shoes, said sneakers are better shoes....um okay."

"I had the worst experience of my life Saturday night at TAO. I will say,if you're a person of colour please to not visit this place. They treat you so poorly and horribly. I was dragged out of this club by group of men with no explanation whatsoever. Luckily for me I met two cops outside that were super nice and they seemed to be aware of the discrimination as well and they were able to help me get my friend who was still inside of the club and had no idea what had happened to me. I was terrified!!! And they will over charge your card if you're not careful. Never again and I will make sure no friends or relatives of mine ever step foot at TAP."

"I’ll never forget this night. My cousin came from Dubai and I came from Canada we went to this place thinking it was a good nightclub. We opened a champagne bottle for almost $750. Right after, the waitress kept coming back nonstop trying to rush us to finish so we’d order another one. At first the bouncers were acting like they were protecting us when the bottle came, but as soon as we finished it, they started letting random people come close to us, then pretending to “protect” us just to get more tips. We already tipped everyone, but they kept coming again and again. We spent almost $1,000 in this place and that’s the treatment we got. Felt like a scam, like a setup. I’m never spending another dollar there again."
