"St. Mazie is a gem. So cozy!! A little France in Brooklyn with a hint of Argentina in the music, it has incredible live jazz, a warm candlelit atmosphere, delicious food, excellent cocktails, and impeccable service. It’s the kind of place you want to stay all night. Highly recommend."

"We got there when it opened and it was empty. We got to enjoy a beautiful, peaceful vibe with small candles everywhere; it was great! Later as people rolled in and the show started the atmosphere remained serene and yet pleasantly lively with the music and all. We really had a great time!"

"Beautiful ambience. It's a gorgeous establishment and we got wonderful front row seats to the stage. The cocktails were delicious and quite strong, but the dining service is where the evening quickly went south. An hour and a half for an appetizer that never came out- a server came by twice to ask us about it, and each time I said it hadn't come out. A completely different server came a third time to ask about it, when I eventually told them to just forget about it. Tried to order something different only to be told (an hour and a half into our wait) that the kitchen had closed 30 minutes ago as food continued to be brought out to other tables. A lovely shoutout to The New Wonders, who were an incredible band tonight. The singer/trumpet & trombone player came up and complimented how the folks at my table and I were dressed. Eat at any of the other incredible restaurants in the city, then come to St. Mazie's for the jazz and the drinks and save yourself an evening of disappointing service."

"Went because the cocktails looked delicious. Stayed because the cocktails were delicious AND they had a live ragtime band! The vibes are great: real relaxed/ vintage. The drinks were amazing and our bartender John J. was one of the best bartenders I've seen! I can't recommend this place highly enough!"

"Finally found the jazz spot we were searching for!!! Incredible music and honestly delicious dinner. Usually it’s one or the other but this place delivered! The AC was out when we were here but it only added to the sultry jazz vibe. Will 1000% be coming back and at least getting a drink for the live music. Loved it and would highly recommend for any jazz lover!!"
