We met some of the nicest people in NYC shoutout to Ilir, Vincarno, Armando, and Alex Such a cozy little hideaway from the cold winter weather. Amazing vibes, great wine, and even better people. Cannot recommend this place enough."

"Cannot rave enough about this gem! The wine selections were impeccable. The staff was so knowledgeable. The pizza and the pasta were both amazing. The food here is phenomenal. And on top of all this, it is a cozy and fun little spot with good vibes. Cannot wait to go back!"

"Sofia’s is truly a hidden treasure!! It has a wonderful eclectic atmosphere that’s as cozy as a snug haven on a stormy day. Although they have an incredible wine selection, don’t be fooled by their name. There Italian dishes are as authentic as you can imagine! They are known for the home made delicious meatballs, but don’t stop there!!! I can’t say enough about the quality and taste of everything on their menu. From the crab cakes, pasta dishes, pizza and amazing appetizers to deserts will leave nothing to be desired! And if you’re gluten free, you will not find a better pizza. Incredible ! Let me finish by saying how great the service with an amazing staff who love making customers happy! Don’t miss out on this awesome experience!"

"So so good - such a cute place and a hidden gem for gluten free pizza! It’s a cozy place with delicious wine and different seating rooms including a back garden/patio - loved it so much and super friendly team of people working :) The place gets packed quickly and is walk-in only but both times I went as a group of 2 I had no issues getting a table right away including a Friday night peak-dinner time - cannot recommend enough!"

"I came here for dinner and to catch up with a friend and it was the perfect spot. We came at around 6pm and stayed until 9pm. The waitress was so so kind, and service was amazing here. At no point did I feel rushed and I truly enjoyed my time here. The interior is cozy, casual, and very inviting. The perfect place to catch up over wine with a girl friend or even a date spot. We got the spinach dip and fire-roasted bruschetta as appetizers and the bolognese as our main to share. All of the food was pretty good. Nothing crazy, but good to pair with wine. And speaking of, the wine here was phenomenal. Loved their wine list and I highly recommend you trying their seasonal/special wine. So delicious. Would definitely come back here again (I've heard their truffle pasta was really good!)"
