"We booked a private karaoke room for our group of seven and had the time of our lives singing our little hearts out for three hours. Their karaoke system using the tv, mics, and provided tablet all worked great. And when we had a brief moment of connectivity issues with our mic, they quickly fixed it and we were back to scream singing 90's country songs in mere moments. They had a service button in our room for when we needed to request items from the bar. This button only seemed to work like half of the time, so we would try and order for the group all at once and getting buckets. The couple of times we tried to order anything but the buckets of beer, the orders were slightly wrong and a couple of us never got our drinks but it took so long to get any assistance that we just gave up. The private rooms are literally in the basement of the diviest dive karaoke bar. Which didn't bother us at all, just know what to expect."

"Bouncer’s on a power trip. Came here with coworkers after work, and he refused us all entry because he insisted that one of my coworkers, visibly tired after WORKING ALL DAY, was drunk. We were fully sober and cooperative, and tried to explain to him that we had just gotten out of work. He got very aggressive and refused to back down, so we left. Owners, your staff’s attitudes are costing you $$$. Will not be coming back!"

"Attention, fraud! We had a nice Saturday evening at the bar until it closed quite suddenly and all the staff became very unfriendly to us. More than an hour before we had ordered 5 songs (10$). None of these songs were played. When I said this to the staff, I was rudely told that we should leave the bar immediately. After persistently asking, they pressed $2 into my hand and told me to get out of here. An impertinence and sheer fraud. Too bad, it could have been so easy. They would simply have to close the song list in good time before the bar closes and say that they can't accept any more songs. Perhaps that would be a measure for the future so as not to alienate any more customers… Besides this, the bar was okay. Prices are high, but not higher than in comparable New Yorker bars. They had a station where you can get free water all the time - that’s nice."

"Can’t say enough good things about Sing Sing! From getting a shot when scouting the place to atmosphere day off, we had a blast! Mark was very accommodating; great place to have a birthday party!! My only suggestion would be a dedicated server for rooms only. We rented at happy hour rate (4-8pm), but by seven it was difficult for Marks team to work the room and crowded weekend bar. Should have more staff on Saturdays. Food is BYO. Not bad but worth keeping in mind!"

"I was here Halloween night 2022 with some friends. I’ve been here once before but that night will be my last visit and here’s why. The owner was at the bar. He was being rude to several different people. One example was that my friend was dressed as beast boy from the teen titans and the owner accused him of wearing black face and singled him out in front of the crowd using a microphone. It ruined his night. His hair and skin were green. It came off extremely malicious. There are too many other good karaoke bars where you can spend your money. I don’t recommend coming here."
