"We had a great night here. We didn’t realize how live piano karaoke worked so got up and were lost. But the pianist helped us along and the crowd was helpful! Drinks were okay. I wish there had been more people in the club as it was only about half full and the same 4 people kept getting up to sing."

"Loved the piano bar, but Tina is by far THE worst server my friends and I have ever had. If I were a business owner I would be extremely concerned to have her representing the company. She was rude to anyone who entered the bar, condescending at the table, extremely disrespectful to the paying patrons. The other man behind the bar said some super crude/sexual stuff to my guy friend. And Wendy at the piano was also pretty rude. Really cute bar, but horrible service."

"Amazing birthday with an easy and affordable reservation system in the back for the piano bar. I came on a Saturday with 10 friends. I am so excited to be back and cannot recommend this place enough! Ben was our pianist and MC for the night and he was incredible and fun, but the bartenders and service staff were also so amazing."

"We went on a special night… Monday night when a regular was there who has been featured in a lot of places. He’s not in nyc anymore. Loved this piano night with professional singers.. drinks aren’t amazing but the prices are reasonable. We got a table and it was fun."

"My boyfriend and I spent the day exploring Chelsea Market, Little Island, The Highline, and Hudson Yards. We decided that we would walk back to our hotel in Times Square. We love live music and this is how I can upon Sid Gold’s Request Room. Other than that I didn’t read any of the other reviews. At first it was a little hard to find, but we found it. When we walked in there was nobody in the front half of the bar except two bartenders. It was a Monday night. The asked us if we were there to see the piano and that we just needed to go behind the curtain. When we went behind the curtain to the other half of the bar we found piano karaoke of showtunes and musicals. The individuals singing were extremely talented. We felt like we were on Broadway. I wanted to sing Hello Dolly but I was too scared maybe next time after some practice. The next morning I asked my boyfriend what his favorite part of the day before was and he said the piano karaoke. He said they all just sang so beautifully and it was such a unique experience. I said that’s what I love about Mew York City you can go for a walk any place and stumble across one of the best times or nights you have had. Everyone was welcoming and kind at Sid Gold’s thanks for sharing your talents with us."
