"Best vibe, best teachers, perfect for novice- but also awesome place for performers who are “movers” but don’t have the 20 years of dance training to be a dancer-dancer. This is also one of the only dance classes in the city that genuinely focuses on everyone actually getting something out of the class and actually improving as opposed to just throwing a combo as quickly as possible to record. It’s a nice reprieve from an audition-coded environment like at BDC, and an awesome place to just nurture your love of dance in a non judgy and non competitive space, regardless of level. And their video workshops are so fun!"

"I took a heels class at SassClass in NYC and wow—what an empowering and high-energy experience! I’m from Jacksonville, Florida and ed we don’t have classes that breaks down the elements of a heel class. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was electric. The instructor was incredibly encouraging, and the choreography was equal parts sexy, challenging, and fun. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class will push you in the best way possible. What I appreciated most was how the class emphasized confidence, body awareness, and self-expression. It wasn’t just about nailing the moves—it was about owning your presence in the room. The studio itself is clean, well-lit, and has that fierce NYC vibe that makes you want to bring your best. Everyone was super supportive, and it felt like a true judgment-free zone. If you’re looking to tap into your inner diva, build confidence in heels, or just shake off the day with a seriously fun sweat session—SassClass is the place to be. Definitely will be attending another class when I come back to NYC."

"Every class I’ve taken at SassClass has been amazing. It’s more intimate than other studios, so it’s easier to learn and ask for help with choreography. So far I’ve taken 3 video workshops with Sophia, 2 with Tony and one heels class with Brynlie. They are all such fun and down to earth instructors. The rain room experience is one of the unique classes they offer and I recommend everyone tries it out!!"

"I began my heels journey at SassClass through the "Taste of Sass" program and my dance journey has been great since. The instructors are top tier and so amazing. I've been going to SassClass for almost 4 years now and I've always had a great experience. Love it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially if you're a beginner. It will transform you and your dance experience."
