His service really elevated the experience and made it memorable. I would highly recommend both the rooftop and Pier’s outstanding hospitality!"

"We went there at Tuesday night and it was amazing! One of my favourite rooftops now. First of all, cocktails menu is huge! You can find any cocktail you want. We also tried Tiramisu - it’s awesome! Very sweet without any strong taste of alcohol. Also I would like to mention staff: everyone is very friendly! You can feel how hospitable everyone is. Server Salvatore shared some interesting conversations with us, told us about the study of Tiramisu cocktail and in overall, made our evening more special. Thank you so much, Salvatore! The view is astonishing, people and atmosphere in this place is incredible! I really recommend this place if you want to have a very memorable experience with your loved ones!"

"The Rooftop is truly one of the best places to hang out. The staff is exceptional, the vibes are amazing, and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. It’s the kind of place where you can meet many successful and inspiring people. The cocktails are fantastic, and it’s also the perfect spot to enjoy a cigar at the end of the night. I have to say, the manager of the Rooftop Pierre Baysset is one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met!!"

"Stopped in for a drink on Saturday night. Very friendly bartenders who are master conversationalist—especially Alan, Ron, and Fernando. Champagne was properly chilled which not a lot of places in New York do nowadays. Thanks for the amazing time! Will be back soon!"
