"It was a very active place, just wasn't my vibe. The noise level was so high that I couldn't here my friends speak next to me. People kept bumping into us at our table. There were more than enough big screen TVs to watch the games (one kept glitching and blacking out though) The bartenders were excellent. If I was in a different space I would have enjoyed my time more."

"Exactly one year overdue for this 5-star review… I was visiting NYC on a girls trip and, during a very busy Saturday night here, I realized I’d lost a bracelet… the most precious piece of jewelry I own. I was totally devastated, searching the floor, asking the bouncer and bartender every few minutes if anyone had turned it in. After accepting defeat, but before leaving, I scribbled my contact info and a quick drawing of the bracelet on a scrap of receipt paper, hoping for a miracle but knew it was a total shot in the dark. Looking for a small tiny bracelet in a big bar in NYC had the likelihood of finding a needle in a haystack. Even if someone found it, would they even turn it in? At 3:47 AM, I got a text from manager Jordan saying they’d found my bracelet while cleaning. Like… an actual NYC miracle! I went back the next day, and the bartender on duty returned it with a smile and refused the cash reward I’d offered. Shoutout to Jordan and the Off the Wagon team….totally honest, kind, incredible humans. They turned what felt like a lost cause into a story I’ll never forget. Faith in humanity (and NYC nightlife) fully restored!!!!!🙌💛"

"Had a small misunderstanding with a lady that was standing in line outside. After going in I found out the lady was a bartender. She literally went out of her way to tell the bouncer to kick me out of the place. And the bouncer did. Made me look terrible in-front of friends. Hopefully the owner reads some of these 1 star reviews. They’re adding up quickly. Maybe it’s time to make some changes. But I’ll never go here again."
