"This little whole in the wall was amazing. I got the spicy red ramen, pork onigiri and a coke. All the food was delicious and the service was great. It was cramped inside but that is ok because the food was worth it! I would definitely return!"

"Fine ramen, think the 4.4 rating here is very generous. Ordered the white and black ramen, broth on each was ok but didn’t stand out in any way. The pork was unfortunately tough, and I personally didn’t enjoy so much raw diced onion as a topping. Karaage was average as well. Service is very nice though, and I loved the vibe inside."

"I got the white ramen and added the house chili oil which was yum. I went alone during work lunchtime and it was perfect for the winter - they have a counter you can sit on and some general seating. Would go again to try the black ramen which looked amazing. Seems they usher people in and out kind of quickly but all in all good real ramen spot."

"I got the black garlic ramen and it was absolutely amazing. The broth, was creamy but not too oily and heavy. The texture of the noodles? Simply absurd, the perfect texture. My partner and I also got the gyoza and karage, I would 100% recommend the karage! Very juicy and big pieces"

"A good ramen spot that's open nice and late! I was there at 1am on a Thursday night and the restaurant was pretty lively! The atmosphere is warm and cozy (I sat at the bar), and the service was great too. As for the food, I got the black garlic ramen with thin noodles. The broth was definitely the star of the show. It was rich and creamy, and the distinct flavors of garlic and pork melded together to create a wonderful synergy. I really liked the broth! The noodles were good too, with the signature chew that good ramen noodles are known for. Unfortunately the pork chashu was tougher to chew than I would've liked, but at least it had great flavor. I do also wish they put another piece of bok choy in the bowl, as I thought it was a great addition. The price of the bowl wasn't bad either relative to other ramen spots in nyc ($17 for the black ramen as of this review). Also, as someone who LOVES bidets, I was really surprised to see one in the bathroom, they're super rare in nyc! I would recommend this spot if you love late night food. Also, If you're like me and have zero self control there's a pizza place around the corner open late where you can satisfy a completely different craving afterwards... (and then I got Popeyes even after the pizza... my cardiologist is gonna kill me! 😭)"
