"Murphy’s Bar in Astoria is A Must-Visit Gem!! The moment I walked into MURPHY’S Bar two years ago, I knew it was going to be something very special and it’s been nothing but exceptional ever since. The staff are absolutely amazing - inviting and genuinely personable. You feel like you are part of the MURPHY’S family the moment you sit down. The Owner is ALWAYS around and working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the great vibes going and making sure guests are having a great time whether it’s a sports event, wrestling event, soccer, darts, or private event. The patrons who come through also anlways add to the infectious great energy. Murphys is like watching the first episode of a great tv series and once your done with the first you want to jump into the second episode and then before you know it, you’re hooked and can’t get enough. That’s Murphys! The drinks are amazing - espresso marinti the best and the food is just finger licking great! Doesn’t matter what part of the TriState area you are in or even if you’re coming from Westchester County - Murphys Bar is the place to be for any sporting events or to just go and shoot the breeze! "Every time I go to this bar, I have such a great time! The food is always super tasty and fresh. The staff are really friendly and attentive, always making sure we have everything we need. The atmosphere is relaxed but fun, with plenty of TVs to catch all the action. Definitely a great spot to hang out with friends, grab a bite, and enjoy a good game night!"

"Quickly has become one of the staples of Astoria. Whether you’re coming from a Mets game, looking to watch a big UFC or WWE event or just want some great food and nice pint - Murphys is a must. The staff is incredible from open to close. The owner is gracious to each and every one of his clients. Even when busy, it’s super comfortable within the bar. The praise is endless."

"One of the best spots in Astoria hands down. I am not even a sports fan and somehow I have managed to have an absolute blast on football sundays. I’ve even had my birthday party at this bar, and the owner Rory was so accommodating, and was happy to reserve an entire section for me and my family. The drinks are fantastic as well, and everyone on the staff is incredibly nice and masters of their craft. Definitely the best sports bar in the area. Oh and the food is out of this world!!!"
