"Ordered on Uber eats. Everything was much smaller than in the photos. Namely the sides. The brisket was some of the driest brisket I’ve ever had, it was basically “tender beef jerky”. Ribs were too tender where we couldn’t really separate them. Not the worst thing in the world but if you know ribs, you know they need to have a little bite. Pork was good. Sides were also good, just small. Brisket was offensive though."

"Got Delivery. They forgot the main item (chicken) but left the sides in. ALSO when I asked for a removal (no mushrooms) in app, which the completely ignored. I've ordered from them before, and they were able to take the mushrooms out. This sucks because the first time I ordered, the food was good."

"10/10. Loved the vibe of this place and it’s got a good amount of space in there. The food was fantastic! The brisket on the sandwich and on the burger was so tender and the burger was cooked perfectly. We loved the Mac and cheese - the flavors were great and it was perfectly cheesy. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the city!"

"Mason Jar NYC is located in a safe area east of Manhattan. Expect a bar/restaurant that gets busy during major sporting events. The seating is very relaxing and not too crowded. The food 🍱 is decent in general. We tried a burger, short ribs, and chicken wings. Being a sports 🏀 bar, chicken wings should have been more succulent and bigger portions. The dips are tiny small. The place has a great potential with proper review to the food 🥘 menu. The desserts 🧁 are top notch 👍"

"I was in NYC for Thanksgiving weekend and ate lunch at the Mason Jar. It is Gamecocks bar, and we were there because the Gamecocks marching band was in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. We had a reservation, and we were seated right away. Unfortunately, it took a full hour to even get a pitcher of water. The staff working were very friendly, but they did not have enough employees working the day we were there. I had a classic cheeseburger with homemade tater tots. The food was outstanding. We would have spent so much more money on drinks if we had service. While it was not a good first impression for me, if you are a Gamecocks fan in NYC, you need to check out the Mason Jar."
