"If you like to be ignored and wait 15 mins for anyone to approach your table......this is definitely your spot!!! Forget quick service, but if you enjoy constantly having to chase down an employee to order, ask why you haven't gotten your drinks 20 minutes after ordering them or to ask why you've been waiting over an hour for your food when the restaurant is almost empty. Im telling you, this place will not let you down! Overpriced food, bad drinks and non existent service, what more could you ask for from a restaurant a stones throw away from Times Square! Well done NYC!"

"This was our second time to the NYC Landshark as we love all things Margaritaville. Unfortunately we probably won’t return. The food was spot on but the service was sub par both visits even during non peak times. When something was said to the manager about waiting over 10 minutes just to get our check, she was not apologetic. Props to the back of the house and Josh the guy running the food."

"This was my first time at Landshark and I will definitely be back. Everyone was hospitable as soon as I walked in. Especially, Andrea who was my Bartender. She recommended the new meal items and the Garlic Shrimp Pasta was amazing. I can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for making me feel welcomed Andrea!"

"I am a girl who loves everything about Margaritaville! Always have always will! Even though we didn't stay at the hotel this time (we were in town for a produce show and had to stay at the host hotel), we had to go and have cocktails there! Beautiful place, great service! Great happy hour! Fins up!"
