"Facilitates were good, we had a nice room, and things went smoothly. Decent choice of western songs. 4 stars instead of 5, because staff members were very curt and not particularly friendly."

"BEST PARTY EVER!!! 17 people came for a family karaoke party. We provided the food and purchased the drinks. Sano and Elaine were amazing. Smiled with every request and were very helpful. Every song was available. The room was perfect and everyone had an amazing time. New family tradition. Can't wait to go back!!"

"I really appreciated that they had private rooms and the option to order food and drinks. The music selection was good, but it could have been better organized by featuring the main artists' albums and songs first, followed by featured tracks and other songs. This would save time scrolling through the options. I did enjoy the top 100 songs list, and the videos that didn’t match the songs made it fun. On the downside, while the place was clean, the rooms were quite old and in need of an update. I felt uncomfortable being searched by security, was that really necessary for karaoke? the front desk staff were pushy on tips, even though we only ordered water. I also noticed other guests or staff peeking into rooms, despite the presence of video surveillance. Overall, it's still a decent place for karaoke, but I think I’ll look elsewhere the next time I feel the urge to sing."

"This was the first time I visited Duet 48 as I’d always gone to Duet 35 in KTown. While both have great atmospheres, I preferred Duet 48! For the same prices, it provides more spacious rooms. I was with my brother and you can see how large the room was for just two of us. The two-person rooms at 35 are quite small. We were also brought a jar of water at the start of our session for free. We’ve never gotten free water at 35."
