"I love this place! Been around forever and there is a reason. I have been dealing with the main core staff and trust me. It matters. In an age where turnover is the norm dedicated employees really matter. KY is the man and if I ever had the need for someone I would hire him without hesitation. My advise for patrons is give what you expect to recieve. You will have the best time ever at a price you cant even compare to any other experience in NYC let alone midtown. BYOB?! What? Bring your own food??!! Really? If you run out you can purchase from them without getting robbed??!! No way!!!..... YES WAY!! Ask for KY. He may buy you a beer if tell him AL GREEN sent you! Respect!"

"An alright karaoke spot! Went with a couple friends upon opening and the staff were quick to tend to our needs. The karaoke system itself is a little difficult to navigate since it’s more like a search engine- but they also give you a song book. (If you can sing in korean- the korean song selection is actually quite good!) If you plan on singing other languages, be sure to tell them immediately. There’s WIFI, and you can bring your own outside food— just not drinks. Love that you can get a discount if you pay in cash!"

"if you are black, maybe don't bother going. they treated the black guests very poorly and they treated the white and asian guests in our group noticeably kinder. AND they charged us an extra $100 the week after. it was also pretty stinky in the room when we entered (they were still cleaning it when our reservation time started so we didn't even get in on time)"

"First time karaoke here in Korean town and I love it! the place is in the 3rd floor but thankfully there is an elevator. The place looks fun with all the colorful lights and the staff are super friendly. We paid $12/hr per person for 8 people. We didn’t buy any drinks or food. The restroom is clean with complimentary sanitary napkin if you need it :)"
