"I had the pleasure of walking into Ellen's Wines & Spirits when I was visiting Ridgewood NY. I met a lovely employee Andrea. I was looking for a wine I had some time ago. Though the store didn't carry it, Andrea recommended another Kosher Wine, Hermon White Wine a blend. I purchased one bottle , and wish I had purchased more at the time. It was Fabulous!! I am not a big fan of most White Wines, but this was Amazing!! Thank you Andrea!!"

"Lovely experience. Andrew went above and beyond - educating me on the different unique wines offered, gave me a sample and let me know about the free delivery within 3 miles (no minimum purchase). Wow! So helpful when visiting New York! Love this place. Classy, spotless and fresh vibe."

"Outstanding experience. Great selection from affordable to higher end bottles from all over the world as well as local. The staffs were very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very helpful to choose the right wines on each occasion. Not over priced like other liquor/wine shops in Manhattan. My favorite wine shop in the city! Highly recommend this place!"

"Great verity of wines organized by three price points; $14, $20, $28. There is a unique verity of spirts as well as some fun canned cocktails and ciders. The salesperson was friendly and informative while assisting me in selecting serval bottles and stayed within the price point I told him I was comfortable spending. There is also a large refrigerator with chilled white and orange wine which is great for a last minute pick-up. Highly recommend!"

"A gem has been added to the neighborhood! The staff was super friendly and they have wines and spirits from all around the world as well as local ones, both affordable and high end. I didn't recognize some of the brands, but I ended up buying 4 bottles (don't judge ;) ) and my friends loved them all. I will definitely be back. I also like that it's female owned - she certainly has good taste!"
