"Upon arriving to Clements Place the gentleman at the door asked me to sign a sheet of paper and then made a condescending remark and said "you're welcome." after I signed it and when I went to sit down. I noticed after I signed the sheet. He didn't ask no one else after me to sign it. I believe he singled me out and insisted on making me feel unwelcomed."

"Great community place to gather for great music!!! It's small, but the people are nice and friendly. Love the music. I will miss Virgil, the bartender. Greg Burrus is a great promoter. You will get some laughs in as well. I just started going more often because I thought it was only the NJPAC Jazz Jams But it is SO MUCH MORE!!!! LOVE IT :-)"

"Very Kool 😎 hidden Jazz club in downtown Newark- on the same street as the Newark Museum- tucked inside a building - Gregory Burris Productions-does amazing Jazz shows here - very nice atmosphere for live music - has a bar as well"

"Once again, Mr. Burris has his hands on the hottest entertainment bar nine, This week, it was Cecilia Latin Jazz band, and they were hot as fire. Had a wonderful time"
