"I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. All of the dishes were either underseasoned or cooked improperly. The chicken croquetas lacked salt and were topped with a balsamic glaze, which was odd. The steak (Churrasco) also lacked salt and had a strange blob of garlic sauce on top. The menu was full of strange concoctions (not in a good way) that I’ve never seen at any other tapas place in the city. It If you like flavorful dishes and salt, I’d avoid this place."

"We had tapas and drinks for dinner one night here and they were all great. Faves were the beet salad and the pork tenderloin special. The Garnacha, Mazuelo La Cartuja 2017 wine was amazingly good. No room for dessert so we came back the next night and had a Brandy Alejandro and the Torrija with helado. Perfect day ender. We will return!"

"Tucked away on the Upper West Side, Buceo 95 nails the cozy tapas vibe. The standout dish? Easily the fideos — thin Basque noodles that were unexpectedly fire. Comforting, flavorful, and perfectly crisp on the edges. The patatas bravas were another winner — crispy, well-seasoned, and impossible not to keep reaching for. The paella had great flavor, but leaned a bit dry. Still enjoyable, just not the star of the table. What really stood out besides the food was the vibe — laid-back and social, with a warm, dimly lit atmosphere perfect for sharing plates and stories. The staff let us linger and talk late into the night without ever rushing us, so we made sure to leave a solid tip. Perfect for a low-key date or family-style dinner with friends. Definitely planning to return."

"Can't believe it took us over six months to try out this amazing neighborhood Tapas place. Sandy, our server got us seated as we walked in around dinner time on a Sunday evening. Amazing vibe and noise levels on the lower end as we were seated on high top table. They have plenty of vegetarian options, and we got Patatas Fritas ($6), Hongos ($15) - which was the best plate!, Bereenjena ($12) which lacked taste, Albondigas ($15), and Gambas al Ajillo ($15) - shrimp tapas that was thoroughly enjoyed! Yes, it gets slightly expensive when doing Tapas, but some of the dishes were flavor bombs! The Patatas Fritas could've been slightly warmer, but none the less were pretty tasty! Will definitely visit again with family and friends for their excellent service, and friendly staff."

"Great Happy Hour! 5-7PM at the Bar My husband and I enjoyed happy hour with wine and delicious pintxos at reasonable prices. White wine, Red wine, Sangria $8 Pintxos $4−5 The pintxos pretty much cover the essence of the food at this restaurant menu. Our favourite pintxos were Bilbao(Fish croquettes), Gambas(grilled shrimp), Matador(ham and cheese) , my husband's favourite was the anchovy and olive skewer also. The Bar was full at 5:15pm."
