"Best shop ever! Can't say enough about this shop and it's staff. Literally the best of the best. Always has what I want and I buy my favorite spirit there which is the New York Cocktail Company Negroni."

"This place is great, and I definitely recommend it! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Malik, in particular, stood out—he was friendly, attentive, and really knew his stuff. When I explained what I was looking for, he immediately asked, "Do you need it cold?" That thoughtful question showed he was genuinely listening. When I asked for a recommendation, Malik walked me over to the selection and pointed out a bottle. He mentioned it’s one of their most popular options and often sells out quickly, which made me feel confident about the choice. The price was also very reasonable. I even considered grabbing a bottle for myself, though I’m not much of a drinker! Malik was courteous and professional throughout the interaction, making the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and would happily work with him again for his great suggestions and helpful attitude. Employees can play a critical part of any business, and Malik represents Broadway Cellar very well. Last but not least, the store is immaculate, well laid out, bright, and airy. IN COMPARISON: DO NOT WAS YOUR TIME AT RIVERSIDE LIQUOR CO; There was no acknowledgment or greeting, which set the tone. When I asked for help finding a specific item, the response was dismissive—they rudely pointed and said, "Right there," to a stand of subpar options that didn’t meet my expectations. To make matters worse, the prosecco I was directed to was overpriced for the quality being offered. Furthermore, most of the bottles were standing upright. I thought unopened wine should be stored on its side. The lack of customer service and attention, combined with a poor selection, left me feeling disappointed and frankly somewhat disgusted. It is dark and dank. But that experience had me discover Broadway Cellar, so something great came out of it."

"This place is awesome. Really anything you could need at great prices. There are plenty of liquor stores in NYC but the employees here really make the difference."

"Great store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've been here a few times and love the different selections they have. It was a added bonus when I went here last time and they were having a tasting. I was able to taste something new and it was delicious. Loving this store and will definitely be back!"
