"We had a surprise 30th Bday for my son at Bolero on Sunday, November 30th. Montana helped us with our scheduling and planning. She was awesome! The upstairs room is a perfect place to have a party. The vibe is so cool and the room is just perfect for a big party. Our bartender was Amanda, who was terrific! She was there to help carry all the heavy stuff up the stairs and made my guests feel welcome. We love her! Thanks to everyone at Bolero, who made this day so special! Can't wait to go back!"

"Last weekend, my husband and I had a very last min wedding and reception and we decided to do it at Bolero Snort. Our bartender, Amanda, was so awesome and went above and beyond to help us set up our food, decorations, and other stuff that we weren’t expecting her to help us with. She was friendly and kept things running seamlessly. It was an amazing day all around and our guests loved it as well. I am so happy we went with the brewery bc it was different, but fun and relaxed which fits our vibe. The yummy beer was a plus!"

"Absolutely fantastic brewery! The beers are consistently excellent—thoughtfully brewed with a balance of creativity and craftsmanship. There’s something for everyone, even if you’re not a beer person. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a staff that’s genuinely passionate and happy to share recommendations. Amanda Rachel was so knowledgeable and helpful and had amazing recommendations. The space itself is perfect for both a casual pint with friends and for exploring a flight to discover new favorites. Great community vibe, great service (thanks, Amanda Rachel!), and truly great beer—I’ll definitely be coming back often!"

"Had the pleasure of spending my Sunday here. Great Beer, Great Prices and Great Service. Place is super nice, clean and I would most definitely recommend it. You can bring your own food, order delivery and they have food trucks in the parking lot. They also have outdoor seating and plenty of parking. A Great time was had today by us. I’d recommend the Sour Mango Beer, NJ Vice and the Juicy Pebbles. Plenty to choose from but those were my favorites."

"Bolero is my favorite brewery of all time. I wasn't always a fan of beer in general but liked sours and boleros sour selections are always amazing and insanely creative. The selection is always rotating too so there is always something new to try. The staff is always so welcoming and kind. They do their best to make everyone feel welcomed and taken care of! Montana and John especially are some of the kindest and most welcoming people around! The beer is good, the people are great, and the vibes are the best!"
