"I generally enjoyed the karaoke room, aside from minor microphone issues, but unfortunately the pricing and booking process were very disappointing. It took repeated email follow-ups and multiple phone calls just to secure the reservation. According to the website, pricing before 8:00 PM is listed as $6 per person per hour. My party was booked from 5:00–7:00 PM. I originally reserved a medium-sized room, but upon arrival—since my group was smaller than anticipated (15 people reduced to 9)—we were placed in a smaller room. When I asked to keep the originally booked room, I was told the cost would be $78 per hour. Based on the website pricing, 8 people should have totaled $48 per hour. Despite the discrepancy, I agreed to the $78 per hour rate. At the time of payment, the price was described as “not including taxes and tips.” When I asked for a final total, I was given only vague estimates and was eventually told it would be “under $200.” What should have been approximately $130-$140 at most, including tax and a 20% gratuity, ended up being significantly more at $198. Overall, the pricing structure was unclear, and it felt as though there were hidden or inconsistently explained fees. While I understand that karaoke in Manhattan can be costly, the lack of transparency and inconsistent communication made the experience frustrating and disappointing. P.S they even charged me a credit card fee when I paid fully in cash…"

"Had a great time! The drinks are holding it down. Randomly stopped by and Amanda made be feel extra comfortable singing like a dying dog. Def stop by and see her!!!"

"Staff was super helpful and held it down; made sure everyone was tended to. I accidentally slapped a drink on the counter in my excitement and Amanda swooped in and immediately cleaned up after me. Bless her. Crowd was 10/10 and everyone was having fun and being sweet. The vibes are infectious. There are also private booths so you can avoid strangers if that’s not your thing. :) Definitely coming back soon!"
