"We landed at this rooftop bar on our first night arriving in NYC. Times Square was a short walk from our hotel and I had heard of this place that has a great view of Times Square and served food and drinks. We arrived just before sunset and the patio is all open seating. We shared some burgers and a pizza which were really good, and took in the views as the skyline got dark. Enter the M Social hotel and go up the elevator and then walk out to the patio. No reservations required. Highly recommend!"

"It’s an absolute place for cocktails,food and live music. The vibe is chill, the ambience is relaxing The staff friendly. I go here at least once a week on my work, breaks. Great for couples great for a group of friends even great for just one. I highly recommend this place Shrimp Caesar salad and spicy margaritas are my favorite. If you’re lucky Tito, the bartender would be happy to meet your acquaintance. And did I mention the spectacular views? Definitely a lil gem in mid town Manhattan"

"Beast & Butterflies at the M Social Hotel – contemporary comfort in the heart of Times Square M Social is a contemporary hotel with a modern, vibrant atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and open, blending seamlessly with the restaurant area and a terrace that offers lovely views of Times Square. You can enjoy a drink or a meal by the windows while taking in the city’s energy below. The restaurant It’s a lively spot — not too busy during the day, but in the evening it’s best to make a reservation for dinner. The menu features contemporary American cuisine, and everything we tried was great. My favorite was the Caesar salad with shrimp, though the lobster mac and cheese was also excellent. The fish and chips had that classic crispy batter, which I really appreciated. And the Paloma — smoky, bold, and perfectly made — was exactly my kind of cocktail. The service was excellent, and the location itself has great touristic value. Definitely a place worth experiencing in Times Square."

"Visited Beast & Butterflies and really liked the bar. The standout is definitely the view — looking right over Times Square, it makes for a unique and lively atmosphere. We had a cocktail and a beer, both good, though prices are on the higher side. That said, the setting and perspective make it worth it, especially if you want to enjoy a drink while soaking in the energy of the city. A great spot for the experience. We were first sitting inside because it was raining, but fortunately, the rain stopped and we were able to move to the best place of the house on the rooftop!"

"A must visit. All ages welcomed during the day. Best views of Time Square. Come for a cocktail or 2 and sit close to the railings. There's also plenty of seating indoors and it's just as nice and more comfortable. I'm surprised more people don't know or talk about this place"
