"I have placed a big order and paid for, which was required by the store manager prior to delivering it. After making the purchase, the store manager George has been ignoring my calls and texts. Until today, I still did not receive any message or note or update neither my order…. I m requesting an immediate call from the owner of the place to settle this matter and my refund. Extremely unprofessional & disappointing."

"This wine and spirit store has an absolutely incredible selection, and very knowledgeable employees! Me and my boyfriend were curious about what the best fruit-forward wine would be to go with our New York strip steak, and a wonderful kind gentleman pointed us directly to one of the best wines we’ve had (Bonanza lot 8!) We will definitely be back for the Caymus 50 for our anniversary coming up! 🫶"

"This wine store has a really good selection of all types of wines and very affordable options. George is super knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t know much about wine but I wanted to buy a bottle for my friend’s Christmas dinner - George answered all of my questions and was very helpful in selecting something. Such an amazing experience. Would definitely go back even though the store is far from my neighborhood just because of how awesome the service was!"

"Had the most wonderful experience at Archive the other day. I was lost in their selection of wines and did not know where to begin. Sam, a very welcoming staff member, noticed I was lost and was able to help me navigate through a variety of interesting choices. She was incredibly knowledgable and was patient enough to walk me through a large selection of choices. Will be coming back soon !"
