"These guys are so solid, they really know the regions and back story of whatever you’re looking for, rare and special bottles without breaking the bank if you don’t want to. I was looking for some specialty cognac and literally called four or five times just to learn more and they were not hesitant or annoyed in the slightest, superb customer service."

"Picked this location expressly for local delivery. They instead used FedEx to ship to an address only a couple blocks away. This is not clear on their website or at any point during purchasing. FedEx is only listed on the receipt after a purchase is processed. I contacted them same day and they had already processed a shipment and offered no remedy. A local store having FedEx as a default for local addresses is deceptive."

"Wine is good, but I was over charged both times I went here. Most recently when I pointed out the price at the register didn’t match the sign on the shelf(because I was sure to pay attention this time), they didn’t even bother to go check and just told me I was wrong. They have a nice selection, but I won’t be back."

"This place is absolutely amazing. Between the most helpful and enthusiastic staff I've ever experienced to the mind blowing collection, this is definitely the best liquor store I've ever been to. They also often have tastings! There are walk in coolers for ciders and sake, walls of scotch, bourbon, and whiskeys And so much wine from all over the world. There is an entire cellar for wines from Bordeaux. I spent an hour here just walking around."
