"honestly i was kind of worried after reading the reviews but it was fine and they were upfront about the prices! so my group personallt had a good experience. overall its a little more expensive that i would like to spend for karaoke but there are def worse places. it was also the only place available to saturday w no reservation so i was thankful! the mixed drinks were decent, but it was kinda wild how the flavored soju was $35?!?! and they even reminded me to not double tip when i went to sign (as gratuity was already included), i feel like a sketchier place would not do that lol. i do like the karaoke system with the app - it's cool how you can queue and change the key but the songs are pretty outdated."

"not the best rates (drink prices were insane) but at least they were honest and upfront with the charges. they even explained our bill at the end. they have a 2-hr minimum stay which isn’t crazy at all. however, make sure you keep track of time (ask them to remind you or set an alarm on your phone) as you will lose yourselves in the singing. one point I’d like to make is that the process of finding songs and setting everything up through QR codes and phone apps? it’s not the smartest way to do things for karaoke. especially when you’re most likely slightly intoxicated or intend to be. we spent about 15 minutes just trying to navigate the apps & half the songs we wanted, we couldn’t even find. the $25/person unli drinks deal is a good deal indeed if you can handle your liquor. but the options are limited. we only got vodka mixed with fruit juices throughout and a screwdriver isn’t part of it — which was a little ??? if you know how to make one. I will still recommend them if the original place you want to go to is not taking walk-ins because the staff are nice and the place is relatively well-kept."

"Great spot, they always have availability and you can bring in your own food (but not drinks). You’ll see some old reviews mentioning a drink minimum but they don’t seem go have that anymore. Music catalogue is healsonic and it’s easy to add songs from the app on your phone. Staff is nice, you can reserve a room SUPER fast via text and they are clear about rules, I think this also changed from the past. They take ID checks seriously, you NEED your physical ID. Been here a bunch and the experience has always been fine."

"They were very transparent with pricing and hosted us with such kindness! Eric was the best host you can ask for! Great vibes, great song selections, great karaoke bar! Thank you Eric for making our night!"

"This is the second time I reserved a private karaoke room for my 5 friends and I. The first time was pre pandemic. The room rate was $40 per hour for up to 5 people the $8 per hour for each additional person. Pre pandemic a karaoke room reservation also came with a free 6 pack of beer (not that we are beer drinkers) and bottle service. There was also a food menu to order from. During our first experience, we ordered a bottle of vodka and were provided with mixers to make cosmopolitans. We ordered the appetizer sampler that came with fries, shrimp, chicken nuggets. We reserved the room for 3 hours and extended it one additional hour because we were having so much fun. When the bill arrived, the total came to a little over $367 and we were told if we paid cash we could pay $360 even. It was such a great experience we were looking forward to returning once they reopened after COVID. Post pandemic the experience was completely different. We came on the Wednesday after Christmas as we were all on break from work. The karaoke room rate remained the same. However, we were the only ones there so there was only one gentleman working the bar and no one present to attend the kitchen so the kitchen was closed. We were unable to order any food. First disappointment. The second disappointment was that there was no more beer included with the room and no bottle service. Instead they now offer open bar for $22 per person/per hour, or premium open bar for $29 per person/per hour. We opted for the $22per person/ per hour option. We again reserved the karaoke room for 3 hours but stood longer because we decided to order food through Grubhub since we were starving after a few hours. We ordered food and even ordered food for the gentleman attending our group since we felt sorry that he was there working alone. We ended the night 6 hours later. I also have to comment that some of the song lyrics were incorrect and the tune was different than expected on a numbers of songs. We had a great time, but the open bar was an absolute purse drainer. The third and final disappointment………………..the bill was $1089 compared to the $367 we paid the first time which included food. We were not offered any deals like last time. Overall we enjoyed ourselves since we were in each others company. Being friends for over 25 years, we bring the fun to wherever we go. We were looking forward recreating the memorable experience we had pre pandemic and end the year together. Unfortunately, this experience was a complete 180 compared to the first time. Don’t think we will be coming back."
