"I’m writing because I feel disrespected and disappointed in the service I received at Royal Bakery. We ordered a birthday cake which cost $65. When they provided us the cake on pick up day it had no frosting, even though slices of the same carrot cake they sell in the bakery are frosted. When I asked if they could simply sell me some frosting to go with it, the young man at the counter just laughed at me and said no. Perhaps he just thought it was funny — but I did not, nor did the birthday girl. I used to love this place. Unfortunately I will not go back."

"#1 in everything! Been going to this place for over 15yrs now the quality and consistency hasn’t changed! Good family own business with great food and deserts. When I try other restaurant food and get disappointed I remember why this is the only place I’ll go to! Forever a happy customer!!!"

"Stopped here on the way to the train for a quick doubles and it was SO good, even the one I saved for later in the day was tasty. Super friendly and really good doubles! Currant roll looked moist too! 🩷🩷 great vegan options always"

"Doubles are tasty and on point. Tried hard buns and a raisin bun also. But the best thing was the doubles with slight pepper. Affordable and fresh."

"THE BEST Carrot cake of my life. People talk about Lloyd’s on the UES - and sure that’s good. But Royals blows them away! They deserve more hype for this."
