"So I’ve ordered food from Queens Bagels & Delicatessen many times because the food is good. Today 12/10/2025 @ 7:01 I ordered some breakfast and 90 min later the food was finally on its way. I’m actually upset about the phone call I had to make to check on the order. To start with the person who answered the call , answered with “hello” opposed to good morning in the name of the establishment .i wasn’t sure if i had the right place or not. Then he was extremely confused and not very helpful and then hung up the phone on me. I’m not so sure what exactly was complicated with the breakfast order or simply saying we’re sorry or just being professional. This could’ve been so easily fixed and resolved."

"I ordered two bagels, a turkey egg and cheese, egg salad and water. They threw it all in one bag without a care in the world. They charge $4.50 for an egg salad the size of a literal sauce cup. And for all that the bagel is just ok, I’ve had better. Disappointed honestly."

"Don't trust a place running a ghost kitchen on delivery apps. On doordash you go by MacDaddy and you can't even be bothered to show what your food actually looks like; all of the pictures are ai generated. You can even see the meta ai watermark on some of them. Insulting to the intelligence of the public"

"The biggest scam of my life. Apparently, they're the same owners of the place that was on Metropolitan Ave, but the quality has really decreased. I used to go to the Metropolitan location almost every weekend. Then they moved to Queens Blvd. and the food is really bad. The lobster mac and cheese was one of the best, but now it's one of the worst. I don't even know if what they sell now can be called lobster mac and cheese. I waited 25 minutes for food that I couldn't even taste because it looked horrible, and I bought two thinking they would be as good as ever, but I ended up disappointed."

"Ordered from via the “Egg Drop” restaurant and thought I was getting Korean style egg toast sandwiches but I just received a regular sandwich. The sandwich is good. French fries were advertised as shoestring but they are wedges & I received them as half crispy (the outside was crispy but inside was mushy). I also ordered tator tots and it was also the same as the fries. I look to order from them again as the sandwich was tasty but I think photos should reflect what the consumer will get."
