"My review is solely based on the hot chocolate as I haven’t tried their ice cream or cookies. The hot chocolate was luke warm at best with a cold marshmallow. I did not like the taste of the marshmallow on its own but not sure if it would have been better with a hotter drink. I prob wouldn’t try this again. I feel bad about leaving a not so great review but I drove about 40 mins to come try this spot. 😞"

"Uhhh terrible hot chocolate I was bamboozled into thinking I would get a home made marshmallow and got regular marshmallows and it wasn’t even like warm I literally asked the person to remake it bc the milk tasted rotten and he did then he gave me this luke warm steamed milk I was like dude look at it you didn’t even add hot cocoa it was the weirdest experience of my life lol service was TERRIBLE he had to call the owner instead of making it right i was telling him if I can stick my entire finger into the cup and not be bothered that’s not a cup of hot cocoa I literally left the robbed me i paid and left with no drink no refund nothing I actually don’t understand how someone who is running a business has this mentality. Ruined my night."

"Pretty good ice cream. Very friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like was the weighing of the ice cream before serving. I do not run a business. So take my ignorant opinion for what it is worth but I did not even look at the price of it until I saw that. I was buying it because it tastes good and I didn’t care but once I saw that I felt nickle and dimed so I looked up to see that I am paying $6 per scoop and I feel like it was not worth it. Years back during a customer service training I had to watch a video that stuck with me titled just give em the pickle which advised businesses not to up charge for everything and the customer will feel like they got a bargain. It is my understanding that this is why 5 guys throws “extra” fries in their bag that are already factored in to their price and the customer feels like they got a bonus. How much could a bit of a heavier scoop cost? Negligible at best."

"Ice cream is delicious but my daughter accidentally dropped her scoop immediately after it getting handed over and instead of replacing it for us or giving me a discount on another scoop for her, I was charged full price for a second scoop with the cone and I didn’t even get the cone with it. She put it in a cup. Good ice cream, questionable customer service."

"Great place with handmade ice-cream. Honey lavender and classic chocolate are my favorite, tastes very natural. The place is very tiny, offers only to-go option, but inside is very tidy and cute. Cashier Lilia is very lovely, great customer service! 5 stars!"
