"Jessica is absolutely amazing!! From my very first visit, I could tell she truly cares. She beautifully wrapped four boxes of chocolates for me, noticing they were gifts and offering to do it without me even asking. When I returned for a second visit, she remembered me and even asked if people liked the gifts I bought before! I was blown away!!! This kind of attentiveness and kindness is rare, especially in Midtown Manhattan... Any store would be lucky to have someone like Jessica, who genuinely cares and delivers exceptional service with such a kind heart."

"How sweet and friendly staffs you meet here. James and the manager greeted with the warmest welcome and sweetest smiles upon walking into the door. They introduced the chocolate with love and care, and the pieces are beautiful arts and taste amazing. Definitely coming back again.
