"This chocolate shop is absolutely delightful. Everything is handmade, and I tried the dark chocolate with hazelnuts, delicious! It was also completely gluten-free, which was a big plus for me. They offer lovely gift items to take home, and the atmosphere is clean, elegant, and refined. Highly recommended"

"Laderach is currently my favorite Swiss chocolatier. This location is very convenient as are it’s hours of operation not closing until 9pm helps when in need of a last minute gift. This is not a restaurant though for some reason google has it’s review for this set up as one. How much you spend is based on how many gifts you purchase (plus whatever you pick up for yourself). Their 2.3 oz bars are currently $8 each & the chocolate bark is sold by the pound. ($62 per pound currently) I usually just ask for a $20 piece. They also have premade assortments from $30 & up. Plus a truffle counter where you can create your own assortment based on personal tastes if you have the time or you can pick up premade assortments of these as well. They also sell popcorn covered in various types of chocolate. Cute chocolate bears & heart shaped chocolates. Plus seasonal & limited editions flavors."

"This store looks amazing but the service is lacking. We walked in and a staff person has samples to hand out, but didn’t even look up and offer any. I went over to see what was in the primary display case and two staff are just taking away with each other and didn’t even ask me if I needed anything or had any questions. So I can’t say how good the chocolate is. It looks nice, is very expensive and if it’s really flown in from Switzerland, I’d prefer something locally made in Brooklyn."

"High-quality Swiss chocolate, beautiful store Läderach is a great stop for chocolate lovers. The store is bright, modern, and full of tempting displays of their signature fresh chocolate bark and pralines. The staff are welcoming and offer samples, which makes choosing easier. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality justifies it — smooth, rich flavors and beautifully presented packaging that also makes for great gifts."

"Absolutely love this chocolate shop! Läderach on 5th Avenue offers amazing Swiss chocolate—fresh, rich, and full of flavor. The FrischSchoggi slabs are a must-try, and the staff is super friendly and generous with samples. The store is beautiful and a great stop for gifting or treating yourself."
