"Unfortunately, I have to delete my five star review and bring upon a one star review. The staff here is just absolutely annd outrageously rude. The short Hispanic male who works here is the individual I am talking about. I had brought two pairs of sneakers to re-sole, I wanted, of course all four actual shoes to be resoled, he only did one of each shoe. Never did I say to do one of each shoe, this makes absolutely no sense. I went back so that he can fix it, and he had the audacity to ask me for more money. I offered to pay with zelle (even though I shouldn’t have agreed, I just knew this soured my support and I wasn’t planning on returning), like I normally do but he demanded that that I go get cash from the ATM. This is insane. He just wanted to pocket the money. I’ve come here over 20 tjmes and sent so many friends and clients here, but I will no longer be supporting this business. I’ve sent over 10 people here in the past, you’ll be losing a ton of clientele and experience that this individual has created for me. Super unprofessional, super rude, and frankly not even that good of a job, it was sloppy and not well done. I’ve met the owner and he was wonderful, but this guy who I’ve been dealing with is the worst."

"Really great service! I brought in a vintage yellow suede bag that looked awful - stained and discolored. I love vintage pieces and got it a good price so I wanted to experiment and see if I can find a place to revive it, and I sure did! Hoboken Cobbler brought it back to life! They did an amazing job - it looks brand new. Ryan was very communicative, told me what to expect, informed me of the process and the price. He really cares about his customers and wants to make sure they’re satisfied. I’ll def be bringing more items here again!"
