You may use LocalSpot to:
- Browse and search for local businesses
- Read and submit reviews (with an account)
- Save favorite places (with an account)
- Access business information including hours, location, and contact details
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
- Scrape or collect data without permission
- Attempt to interfere with the service's operation
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload malicious code or content
User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
User Content
By submitting reviews or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it doesn't violate these terms.
Business Listings
Business information on LocalSpot is sourced from Google Places and other public sources. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Business owners can update their information through Google Business Profile.
Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by LocalSpot and protected by copyright and other laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
LocalSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
