I also noticed that staff in this store frequently use their own arbitrary “rules” to make things difficult for other customers, such as insisting that shoppers re-hang clothes themselves. What bothered me most was that this cashier treated other customers normally and efficiently, which made me suspect there might be racial bias involved. "Be careful in this store, the store clerks will badmouth you if you don't understand a lick of french. Freaking disgusting people. Shame on these clerks they are making the brand so bad."
